Exercise

Exercise not only has a great effect on our physical health, but also plays a huge role on our mental health.  Exercising just 15 minutes a day can be as effect as anti-depressant medication.  In addition to helping depression symptoms, it has been proven to improve cognitive functioning and also create higher self-esteem. Exercise does not have to be an intense workout.  It is just getting out, moving, and trying to do the things you enjoy.
